WORKFORCE ADVANTAGE & READINESS PROGRAM (WARP)

WARP

The Workforce Advantage & Readiness Program (WARP) is an 8-week hybrid workforce readiness initiative that prepares individuals across diverse populations—including youth, adult learners, job seekers, and career changers—for sustainable employment and career growth.


Through a combination of hands-on training, industry-aligned curriculum, and direct employer engagement, WARP equips participants with in-demand skills, workplace competencies, and clear pathways to employment and postsecondary advancement. The program is designed to be flexible and scalable, supporting workforce development goals across education, public health, and economic mobility sectors.


Target Population(s)

  • High school students (Grades 10–12) enrolled in CTE programs
  • Out-of-school youth and individuals entering or re-entering the workforce
  • Underserved and economically disadvantaged populations
  • Participants seeking career readiness, employability skills, and industry exposure


Employer Engagement
Learners engage directly with employers through guest speakers, mock interviews, and career exploration experiences that provide real-world insight into workplace expectations and career pathways.
