The Workforce Advancement & Readiness Program (WARP) equips individuals with essential career readiness skills to succeed in today’s workforce.

Our expertise in robotics enables us to develop automated systems that improve productivity and precision for various industries. We focus on designing intelligent robots that can perform complex tasks, reducing human error, and increasing safety in manufacturing and other sectors.
The Architecture & Engineering Career Pathway prepares learners for drafting, design, technician, and engineering-support roles across construction, manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Programs emphasize technical drawing, systems design, problem-solving, and applied technology skills aligned with real-world industry standards.
The Construction & Skilled Trades Career Pathway prepares learners for trade, supervisory, and field-based roles across residential, commercial, and industrial construction environments. Training focuses on hands-on technical skills, safety readiness, equipment operation, and workforce-aligned certifications that support direct entry into high-demand trade careers.
The Food Safety & Hospitality Career Pathway prepares learners for food service management, culinary, hospitality, and compliance-focused roles across restaurants, healthcare facilities, institutions, and service environments. The Workforce Advantage & Readiness Program (WARP) is an 8-week hybrid workforce readiness initiative that prepares individuals across diverse populations—including youth, adult learners, job seekers, and career changers—for sustainable employment and career growth.
Through a combination of hands-on training, industry-aligned curriculum, and direct employer engagement, WARP equips participants with in-demand skills, workplace competencies, and clear pathways to employment and postsecondary advancement. The program is designed to be flexible and scalable, supporting workforce development goals across education, public health, and economic mobility sectors.
